I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Wish I could post it lower than a 1 star. The teachers are lazy, they literally sit on their cell phones in the kitchen area and scream (literrally scream) at the kids from across the room saying not to do this, or don't do that, you are being bad, i said no, why don't you listen, etc... These children are too young and the room too crowded and noisy, I don't understand why they cant go to the child and engage with "please don't do this" and redirect them instead!!! Toddlers don't deserve that kind of repetive yelling when it could easily be handled with engaging and redirecting. I have had several day care experiences and this has to be the worst, NEVER has my child been in a facility where teachers do this, ESPECIALLY in front of parents, but they don't seem to care. They don't care about the kids!! My son now repeats that he is an idoit (something he DID NOT hear at home) and when i ask about his day, it's ALWAYS that teacher yelled and he was in trouble and that the teacher was mad (when it should be: we did this activity, i played with that kid, we read books, we played games). There are way too many kids per teacher ratio, I thought it was 1 teacher to 8 kids. Most days I don't feel comfortable leaving my child when it's 1 teacher (screaming mind you) to 15 kids!!!! I will not be going back there, nor do I recommend them to anyone.

Parents - BEWARE OF THIS MESS! They hire 16 year olds that could not be employed at MCDonalds to care for your children. I would RUN away from this facility. They did not change my daughters diaper and she was taken to emergency because she had a rash that went from front to back and screamed for 24 hours and it took two weeks to go away. I NEVER took her back to this unorganized mess of a family owned business. The owners are lazy, fat, and NEVER there. Mechelle and NIcki have the time to make themselves customized reserved parking signs but lie to prospective parents about what they do. They have promised cameras for over 3 years and STILL their website doesnt have them. My daughter was injured by other children and no accident reports were given to me (state required) - please request a state list of complaints for the last two years. It will make you throw up. They are not fit to care for plants much less children. RUN do not leave your child in their care - you will be very sorry.
