THE WORST DAYCARE OUT THERE. my daughter has been going there for quite a while. meanwhile the entire time shes been there the staff have been flaky. disorganized and rude! none of the employees hold any responsibility. they all blame eachother for my daughters things going missing! they have absolutely NO COMMUNICATION. They blame eachother and then dont talk to one another. they dont have enough staff and are constantly switching children rooms to make state ratios. they have used my daughters things on other kids! i dont pay for my daughters things for other children to use them! the misplace and have lost her stuff. my daughter has gotten so many bruises and cuts and bite marks most of which they cant tell me what happened or if they even tell me at all. you are supposed to sign incident reports but i wasnt aware that they stuck all of hers into a folder. IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS how mad I AM!! MY DAUGHTER HAS BEEN PUSHED SLAPPED BITEN THE LIST GOES ON AND ON. she crys every time I take her there! I am trying to switch her daycares it is just really difficult in my current situation. spare yourself the dissatisfaction. DONT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO BE PHYSICALLY HURT AND NEVER GET ANSWERS AS TO WHAT HAPPENED. THEY DONT EVEN CALL YOU WHEN YOUR CHILD IS STUNG BY A WASP AND DONT KNOW IF YOUR CHILD IS ALLERGIC! I personally hate this daycare as of now.
I worked for this center in my mid 20's when I had a young son. The owners have spent their life making their centers a safe and warm place to be. 20 years later I am glad to see Terri still running the center. I worked with wonderful, dedicated professionals who taught me a great deal. If ever I were to return to Anchorage, I would apply at this center again and feel extremely confidant in enrolling my grandchildren there.

About the Provider
We are the first center in Anchorage to offer the Tadpole system! The website for this is Childcare by Tadpoles. Never again will a parent have to ask their child "what did you do today?" They'll already know via this amazing technology!
