OUTSTANDING! Owner Nena is wonderful and the staff is professional, creative and loving! My child has been attending for over 2 years and I have never seen any child neglected or unloved. I have also spent the last few months as a sub teacher because I love the staff so much. I am impressed with the levels to which Nena and her staff go to take care of the children. I has having some behavior issues with my child. Instead of a negative response, the staff too time to research tactics and work with my son to find creative approaches to reacting to his behavior. We are seeing much needed success!!! I cannot say enough positive things about this daycare!

We were forced to dismiss several employees for various reasons over a year ago. That is not a pleasant task, and I am sure the former employees are hurt and angry. I am concerned that those ladies are continually using the internet as a way to "get back" at me and Learning Connection by posting some very hateful, and untrue messages. Unfortunately, it is hard to defend yourself in this setting. At Learning Connection the children are our very top priority, and sometimes changes in staff are necessary to maintain a positive, professional atmosphere. If any of our current clients or anyone evaluating daycare for their child, has any questions, I would ask that they contact me directly to get any information they may desire. To answer allegations mentioned,I would say that #1 no child was hurt here at Learning Connection despite how stories have been stretched. I encourage anyone who is looking for care to read the whole stories documented in the files at the Department of Health and Senior Services to get an accurate account of allegations. My son was abused their!!!! And from what I've heard my son wasn't the only one. Disappointed in how my son was treated and the lack of proper staff. I did report them to the state and she lied to the state worker and spends a lot of time covering up thing's. You can go to your local police station and ask them to look up that address and see. Also you can call you local dfs and ask to see the licensed facilities files and see the list of complaint s made buy parents just like you.

Don't know why someone would say such bad things about Learning Connection.  We have gone there for years and our child loves it.  The Director has always been there to talk about my child's behaviors and we love the teachers.

Please do NOT subject your child to this! My child went there for a few months, we began to notice a lot of changes in his behavior. He would have mood swings and after a while of going he still cried when I dropped him off. After we pulled him out of child care we got our son back! He had no more mood swings he became a happy kid again! The owner will lie to your face about the things that her staff is doing, she does not look into anything if you have concerns! Her answer is its your child not my facility!
