My husband and I have had our son at Storytime for over 5 years. During this time, we have been very satisfied with the amount of care taken with not only our child, but that of others at the facility. I am very comfortable when the kids are transported in the Storytime vehicles; I am also put at ease in receiving timely notifications of any changes that may occur. I would definitely recommend this facility if you are looking for a small, safe and trusting atmosphere for your child(ren). Thank you for the opportunity in responding and providing my comments.
If you want your child to be well taken care of , this is the place to put them. A nice christian atmosphere, loving, pleasant and trustworthy. The owner is easy to work with all you have to do is communiccate with her. The caregivers treat the kids as if they belong to them and you can see the love they have for them. (Well Pleased).
Thanks for the opportunity to tell people how much I love Storytime Childcare. As a mom with a full time career and many responsibilities outside of the home, finding full time care for my son was not easy. I have had the opportunity to visit several centers and in home childcare facilities. I struggled with who I could trust with the most precious thing in my life.When we visited storytime, we were pleased with the openess of the staff, the caring attitude displayed and the inviting appearance of the school. From the first interview of the staff, tour of the facility and inquiry into their programs, I had a sence of relief that this was the place my son would be well cared for, looked after and most importantly loved. I trust the teachers and of the facility with his care and well being. What matters mos his happiness and content at each pick up time.
I pulled my child from this daycare because 1) far too many children to each adult assistant 2) different individuals watching children with no notification to parents 3) ridiculous and changing late fees and payment terms 4) and if an issue arise, owner can be unprofessional in a passive agressive manner.
Your child is precious, compare, investigate and conduct inspections. Think twice before trusting your child at this facility.
