Haverhill
Most of the staff there are wonderful, and truly care about the children. But as someone who quit because of poor management, and a very negative and unhealthy work environment, I would not recommend this facility. The negative environment affects the staff, which affects the children negatively. This facility would be great if there were different people in charge.

About the Provider

The Haverhill YMCA after school program is a fun, educational program that helps children develop self confidence, interpersonal relationships, positive values, academic achievement, and builds a sense of community. All programs are licensed by the State of Massachusetts, Early Education and Care. And with caring, qualified staff, your children couldn't be in better hands! At all of our Afterschool Programs your child will learn and develop age-appropriate skills on a fun-filled schedule of activities each month. Our experienced teachers provide parents with a monthly newsletter that highlights the learning activities as well as important feedback about each child in the program. It's one way we can keep our parents informed on the learning happening in our program.
