OMG my experience at this specific facility was awful. The simple good morning that I said it was ignored. MY dog is more respectful. My good morning wasn't answer and the attitude on the from desk was unacceptable. My question is for You as a parent, do you feel comfortable leaving you kids in that environment? I DON'T. My experience was not what I was expecting. First impression is very important, I had recommended this place and I'm glad I stopped by, to see how it was. Now is not a place that I would send anyone. Hello people be professional if you don't like your job keep moving. A place like this one that has kids and parents in and out, should be a friendly environment!!!!
