OWNER KICKED OUT MY KIDS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE AFTER SHE TOLD MY FIANCÉ THAT WE COULD FIGURE THINGS OUT SINCE WE WERE UNHAPPY WITH HOW THEY HANDLED THINGS !!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

I had an issue with the way a sexual harassment situation was being dealt with. The OWNER dealt with it in the following manner:

Decided it was best to call me on speaker phone from a car with another person in it disregarding any privacy for my daughter.

Told me that three boys cornering my daughter saying they are going to kiss her against her will is NOT sexual harassment.

Refused to share what their discipline guidelines are or how they escalate situations.

Refused to make a meeting to involve my significant other and told me “no that’s she is here on the phone now”.

Told me I had to disenroll within 24 hours and refused to give me two weeks tuition back even though it is their policy that you give them two weeks notice.

Refused to tell me if the teachers have had any training on personal space/appropriate touching and how they are trained to deal with it.

Refused to show me that the teachers are certified.

Refused to show me documentation of the incidents my daughter was involved in.

Did not acknowledge any of my concerns or requests, would NOT let me finish a sentence and kept telling me that my standards are not in line with theirs.

From the start the OWNER KORA was not listening to anything I had to say and came into the conversation with her solution which was disenrolling me without 24hours notice.

Love the ladies here. You can talk with them anytime. They answer the phone, email, the door every time. The teachers here have a true enjoyment to work with children. My kids were very happy there for over two years. Thanks Young Scholars.
