I would never enroll my child in this school again. Everything may look fine when a tour is taken. I won't mention what class my child was in but he always came home sick and I know it was from the facility because I would see the kids noses with green snot pouring down their nose with 2 "so-called" teachers doing nothing about it. Also I don't believe they wipe down the toys. I know it's impossible to avoid any germs being spread but at the same time, there are things that can be done to reduce it. Also one day, I asked if they were giving my son water cause he always came home thirsty and they said yes. When I asked them for my son's water cup, they didn't even know where it was for several days. One day, they put son to sleep on another kid's sheet and blanket. There was also another day where they handed me the wrong bottle and my child was using another kid's bottle the whole week. Another factor is that the teachers hardly speak English. I'm not racist, being that I am half Hispanic but then again, what can my child learn from them. I have never heard them speak English unless I ask them a question. Most of the time, they don't even understand what I am saying. I am not comfortable putting my child at a school where the teachers can't even hardly speak English. I really don't believe the bologne about them being certified. If so, I may need to call the proper authorities to have their files audited because it's ridiculous. Also, my child has came home several times with cuts and bruises without a report and the teachers not knowing what happened. One case, the teacher knew what happened but just chose to not tell me or write a report and the only way I found out was by asking them the day after. I do not feel that this a learning center for the YOUNGER kids. It's basically an overpopulated baby sitting company.
