Our warm and accepting teaching style helps to make every child in our care feel secure and comfortable. At Newport Children's School each child will have many opportunities to succeed emotionally, socially, physically and academically. Our program encourages discovery, exploration, creative learning and problem solving skills. We want each child to grow in his or her ability to recognize feelings and to express emotions. Our program builds on children's natural sense of wonder as they experience the excitement of creating a picture, building a Lego tower, or the thrill of writing their name for the first time. Whether called a childcare, a daycare or a preschool, Newport Children's School has been a standard for early childhood learning in the Bellevue community for over 30 years. Complete with a preschool, full time kindergarten, private first grade and a school age before and after school program, our facility has always excelled in providing quality care for our families' multi-aged children
