I send all 3 of my children. My oldest who is now 5 has been here since she was 3months old. We have never had a teacher we didn't love. The company puts a lot of time and energy into their hiring process to make sure they have caring, energetic, and educated staff.
I visited several preschools and Play Academy was the best choice by far! The staff is caring and attentive with my daughter. I receive e-mails almost daily with pictures and updates on what the class is doing that day. The center is extremely clean and very well organized. I highly recommend Play Academy to my friends and family for day care and preschool!
I droped my daughter around 6:50am at palyacademy with Toddler teacher. Then a father brought a baby girl immediately after me. The toddler teacher had an attitude saying the infant classroom teacher will be in soon! Instead of getting up immediately and get the babay from the dad so he can go do his things! Poor man blushed and took his baby to undress in infant room and waiting for toddler teacher slacking slowly to bring my daughter and another kid to infant room. By that time, infant classroom teacher showed up. I am disappointed how this father was treated and his baby! Toddler teacher made want to get my daughter out of that daycare! This is a paid for service, parents work hard to pay for their kids! really disappointed with the old teacher, never taught she is that lazy!
