I have used this provider for less than 6 months

So I was asked to remove my post to begin with from Mrs Leslie herself from Storybook Schoolhouse in order to receive my refund of 75 for my kids who never attended her school. Due to issues you will read in what the original post had said. I took my post down. But called her today and she says she isn't refunding me my money so now I will be proceeding with what need to happen.
My daughter attended vpk at the ridge location. For 2 weeks. She went to school last Monday and half way through the day we received a message (no decency to even call like other daycares) 2 teachers had covid and tested positive on Sunday and they neglected to tell us at drop off. I have a newborn so you see why I was concerned. They continued to tell me they have to tell the health department first when every other daycare tells the parents first. This isn't the first problem I had with them. Literally problems with miss Meghan and Tara the first day. They took all of my daughters belongings out of her bag that had her name wrote on them. I also donated other items for kids who couldn't afford things. Why take all my daughter things? And during the middle of a pandemic she has 11 kids in her class why couldn't she use her own things to lessen the germ spread? We immediately went to get our daughter from school before 12 when it actually ended and when we spoke with Leslie on the phone she said they didn't know until they day (monday) but in the message they said that the employees tested positive on Sunday ???? I have the message from the school still. So me calling her school out on the neglect and negligence of her and her staff upset her enough to take money from me and my 3 KIDS for services that where never provided.

Storybook on 54, this place could be great, but the manager/coordinator at this school is not professional or consistent . She seems like she hates her job. Granted it is a incredible responsibility; considering she has newborns and toddlers but she chose her profession and she is NOT good at it. It reflects on the teachers there. What ever mood or how she decides to treat everyone including the children is how she runs this place. She seems lazy and manipulative, if you show up early she looks like a deer in view of headlights . I think all the parents that bring there children there should be aware. I also agree with the other post some of the teachers/ employees do not watch and redirect like they should be! Reflection of the manager.

Our son has been addending the storybook school on SR 54 since he was 20 weeks old.  Everything was good until he got moved to the 1 year old room.  Now every day he is gets bite by other childeren and we have to sign accident reports.  I dont understand how this is happening and feel the supervision is poor.  Linda the office manager does not seem to have control of the employees and sometime is not even there during the day.   We are removing him for this place this week!

Had a lot of bad experiences here. The employees are not very professional! When I would go to pick up my child the employees would be sitting or standing around chit chatting and not really watching the children.  I have had to sign more accident reports about my child being injured than I think appropriate. If the children were being supervised I believe the injuries would have never happened! The building looks nice from the outside but inside it is in my opinion very dirty. And the way the rooms are set up is not very inviting! My recommendation is to choose another center!
