The YWCA not only offers fitness and fellowship but also offers social and educational opportunities for women and girls of all ages.
The YWCA has been an active force for the empowerment of women in Grand Island since 1912. The YWCA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Women who serve on the Board of Directors are chosen to represent all social, racial, economic and cultural backgrounds. These women establish the policies and goals guiding our local organization.
