High–quality before- and after-school enrichment programs in 12 St. Louis City public elementary schools and one elementary school in the Riverview Gardens School District.
Programs include fun, interactive, and creative activities in a supportive and safe environment.
Evidence-based curriculum reinforces what is learned in the classroom, particularly in the areas of math, literacy, health and fitness.
High quality enrichment activities expose our children to cultural arts and encourage creative expression (e.g., cooking classes led by Operation Food Search, art classes led by Artists-In-Residence, dance classes led by COCA, etc.).
Conscious Discipline, a research-based behavior management model empowers staff to use everyday conflicts to teach children important life skills and encourage pro-social behaviors.
A hot meal is provided every day.
Summer day camp is also available at various United Church of Christ partner sites throughout St. Louis.
