| Findings: On this date a complaint investigation was conducted for a self reported incident of inappropriate discipline from the Substitute. Provider contacted the office to report that her Substitute was caring for the children while she was at a doctors appointment. One child that was being active slapped the Substitute in the face. The Substitute reacted and hit the child lightly on the hand. Provider said that she could not be a substitute any longer because that behavior is never allowed from a provider or sub. | |||
