Findings: On this date a full inspection was conducted. Licensing Specialist observed provider bring two children from the unapproved basement area of the home. Provider stated that she was down there due to her cleaning lady was scheduled to be here. This is not the first time Licensing Specialist has found provider providing child care in the unapproved basement area. Licensing Specialist will refer case to Supervisor for further review. Licensing Specialist is issuing a Warning Statement with this inspection, provider is to cease all use of the unapproved basement for child care. If provider is found using any unapproved areas of the home the Office will take an enforcement action on the registration.

Findings: On this date a full inspection was conducted. Licensing Specialist observed 3 children under the age of two in care during this inspection visit. Licensing Specialist Spoke with Regional Manager said provider must become compliant immediately. Provider called the parents of one infant who arrived within 15 minutes and picked up infant. Provider corrected on site. Licensing Specialist is issuing an Official Warning Statement that the provider must maintain approved capacity at all times. If Licensing Specialist finds provider in non compliance with capacity again then the Office may take an enforcement action against the registration.
