| Findings: On this date a full inspection was conducted. Licensing Specialist observed provider bring two children from the unapproved basement area of the home. Provider stated that she was down there due to her cleaning lady was scheduled to be here. This is not the first time Licensing Specialist has found provider providing child care in the unapproved basement area. Licensing Specialist will refer case to Supervisor for further review. Licensing Specialist is issuing a Warning Statement with this inspection, provider is to cease all use of the unapproved basement for child care.
