Description: Young Horizons Child Development Program works to nurture the whole child and provide an environment that enables children to develop their self-esteem and achieve their potential. All of our teachers are certified and meet the requirements of the Commission on Teacher Credentialing. They are also required to continue their education to further their teaching abilities.
