Ymca Perry Childcare Center

The YMCA Perry Childcare Center is a state licensed facility serving children from six weeks of age through sixth grade. Our staff is dedicated to providing quality childcare, while enriching a child's development through hands-on-learning experiences, in a nurturing environment.ÿEach of our programs embody the YMCA character traits of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility; both within our children and our staff. Staff development is an important aspect of our program and well exceeds state requirements. Our program incorporates: music and fine arts with educational experiences in science, math, and literacy; geared for individual growth and school readiness. A quality, licensed, full-day program for children 3 to 5 years. A welcoming, comfortable and safe atmosphere that provides age-appropriate activities, hands-on experiences, indoor/outdoor play, healthy snacks and nap/rest time. Skills for a successful kindergarten experience are introduced and supported. The program includes an educational component that supports and encourages each child's physical, intellectual, social and language development.
