My nephew, Zak, attends the after school program in Woburn. He is six years old and absolutely loves it. On two occasions I have picked him up instead of his parents. I have been pleasently surprised at the professionalism that your staff displays. Both times, the door was locked and I was stopped right at the door and asked for identification while another worker kept Zak busy. The identification was checked throughly prior to your staff allowing Zak to come with me. Unfortunately in this day and age this level of security is vitally important and I am so completly impressed with the way you run the after school program. I am thankful to the staff for taking excellent care of my nephew. I truly appreciate it.
