Absolutely terrible experience. The preschool director Jessica is a caddy toxic woman and treats the parents like children. I sent three kids through the preschool program here and pulled my last two out soon after Jessica came in. My son was targeted by Jessica and the staff as a “problem” child (even though he was absolutely fine before her arrival), and I was repeatedly called to pick him up for very normal 2 year old boy behaviors that were never an issue prior. When I transferred him to a new preschool, he miraculously had no issues. When I tried to report Jessica to the YMCA director Dianne, Dianne brought Jessica into the meeting (about her) without my permission and they both basically attacked my parenting and son. After that, the YMCA preschool in retaliation reported my family to the Department of Children’s Services (DFCS confirmed to me that it was the YMCA that reported though Jessica denied this). I reached out to the CFO of the downtown YMCA to try to get some sort of resolution for the mismanagement going on at the preschool with no resolve. I ended up pulling my kids out of here early and wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy!

This center is the worst center I have ever experienced. The staff are professional and treat the children in a very aggressive way. I have experience this with my own eyes! They do not teach at this center at all . There were 4 and 5 year old that could not even count to 4. The staff put on a nice show for you but it is all fake! Honestly DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS CENTER!
