The care was great for the first couple months. They changed their diapers all the time, and my infant twins were always happy and cared for. After about 3-4 months, they went to the bare minimum standard of changing their diapers every two hours regardless of being wet. I specifically asked them if they would knowingly leave babies in wet diapers, and the center director, Lori, said yes. I then went to the center to find my 6 month old crying hysterically in a crib while one worker trained someone by walking around and showing them things on the wall. After taking 5 minutes to calm my baby down, I took the twins out and never returned. I wrote a letter to the head of the Y, and received a call from Melinda who is Lori's supervisor. She apologized for the center leading me to believe the center could meet my childcare standards with diaper changing and that they should have been more up front from the beginning. She also apologized and stated that childcare isn't for everyone. So, basically, if you want your kids actually cared for instead of treated like a paycheck by someone, take them somewhere else. Anywhere else.
