Not a great center, the staff and children are treated unfairly. Classrooms are usually out of ratio, the director refuses to step in and help out and instead sits all day in the office. A majority of the time she’s never there, and always leaves super early. She’s not communicative with any information and will give classrooms new children without letting the teacher know. The management at this school is ruining the morale of the teachers, many of whom are undertrained, underpaid, and always brushed aside when concerns are brought up. Concerns of multiple aggressive staff (swearing, being rough with children, yelling at children) were brought up to Ashley the director, as well as Ashley’s supervisors, and nothing has happened. Ashley actually told a parent who brought up these concerns, “What do you want me to do, fire all of my staff? Don’t come to me if you don’t have a solution to the problem.” 0/10 do not recommend this place solely because management does not care about the safety or wellbeing of children and staff.
