My sons were 2 and 5 years old when my husband and I along with several other parents from the neighborhood decided we needed a Day Care that we need a place that could take care of the specific needs of our kids. Vegetarian, vegan and macrobiotic as well as having the parents be involved in their lives at day care. This is how we came up with this center. From the ground up, inside and out side we built playgrounds, remolded rooms, painted and fought City Hall not to have lunched sent in but sought the right to buy our own food. I am looking for old information or pictures of the early years, I am talking about the time around 1975-1977. If you have any information please Email me. Thank you.
