I used this child care provider before and my child had unexplainable bruises and scratches. When I asked Nieves what happened, she blamed my child or another child but it was numerous of times this happened. Nieves would become defensive too which made things even more awkward. There has always been a lot of children in the home, at least 8 kids of varied ages, with 2 adults present. The provider counts the husband as the 3rd provider, however, he was always working on projects outside. I never seen the husband inside with the kids. The ages of the kids ranged from infants to pre-teens and all mixed together.
Poor experience with my child coming home with scratches or bruises without a proper explanation on how it happened. Child to adult ratio is high when they use the father/husband as an adult who is always outside working.
