LS observed food storage closet with a plywood covering the existing ceiling that was wet, damp and sagging. LS observed evidence of plywood stained with water. LS observed the Infant teacher return to Room 8 from lunch and the Aide went back into Room 7. The aide left Room 7 and went into Room 8. This was corrected onsite.
