In the indoor play room, there were bottles and cups not labeled with each child's name. This was a repeat rule noncompliance as noted on February 20, 2025.
Correction verified by the licensor: On 3/6/2025, the licensor verified the provider labeled the bottle and cups with the children's names as stated in rule.
