Lacey seemed okay and I was in a pinch. Unfortunately, it became apparent that she was ill equipped to care for my child. She canceled last minute MANY times. She did provide a list of days and vacations she had planned and they were plenty. It was not unusual to receive an early morning text while getting ready for work that she would not be able to care for my child that day, leaving me to have to call in to my job. She does activities in the summer for photo ops and that’s about it... she isn’t particularly engaging with the children and younger children get more attention at the expense of older children. If you decide to approach her about your concerns for your child, be prepared to be met with attitude of a teenager and the defensiveness of a brick wall. Also, do not expect any reinforcement for potty training. I don’t think Lacey is a bad person, just in over her head and too wrapped up in selfies and her cell phone.
My son absolutely loves Lacey and all of his friends at daycare. Lacey is very caring and compassionate to the kids. They do all kinds of activities and crafts that the kids love. Lacey’s house is always clean and very well kept.
Lacey is an excellent caregiver for my 3 year old son! She is more than a caregiver we consider her family! The milestones my son has had because of Lacey is undescribable! He loves going there and we love having her! Her professionalism is outstanding! I would recommend her to anyone with little ones!!! Thank you for all that you do for our family!!!
