We were thinking about using this provider, until we did a daytime walk by without them knowing. Several things stuck out which caused us not to use them, one of them being their unruly dog. I cannot say if it's vicious, but all it was doing during our unexpected walk by, is barking obsessively and not just a little here and there, it was non-stop for at least 10 minutes without anyone seemingly trying to stop it from barking. The next thing we noted was several children crying, with one child in particular. Knowing how children mimic other children, I could not fathom having my children around other children who only cry, yell, or are unruly, disobeying the provider all day. I heard the provider on the phone about half of the time, not trying to control their dog or the children, I can't imagine what their neighbors think of them, having to deal with this every day.
The one positive thing I will say, when the provider was engaged with the children, it did seem like she cared. Maybe she's just been doing this for too long that it's gotten overwhelming. I imagine that hearing all that we did just in that short time, ongoing for as long as it says they've been operating, would burn one out sooner or later.
