The one previous review is from an individual who has NO relationship with WCD and has been cited and removed by other more prominent reputable companies who offer reviews. The information shared is completely false and defamatory.

The owner is absolutely terrible. I know someone who worked there and they had such a bad experience. They merged two schools into one which meant that there were 40+ in one small house. Kids kept getting sick because of such close proximity. This also meant that the educational aspect took a huge toll since there were so many kids with so little space, and the teachers couldn't focus on the kids that needed more help. The school also has a disturbing odor since half the kids there are still wearing diapers and it is such a small place, the smell fills up the location. On top of all this, the owner has no idea what they are doing. They have told their staff that they CANT SIT?!? They also told them to STOP TALKING WITH EACHOTHER and SEPERATE even though it was a teacher and their aid communicating with each other while being with the kids. All this and the owner is just overall rude and belittling. They have made their staff cry multiple times and has never apologized. The owner also refuses to spend money on upgrades and wants the staff to give them super small amounts of food for breakfast and snacks. The staff there is wonderful, and the kids/parents love them, but the owner makes it a living hell for the staff/teachers. This is such an expensive school and for all of this to be happening is not fair for the parents to pay such high prices. This school is a safety hazard, a daycare more than a preschool, and somewhere that none of the staff want to work. If you are a parent looking to take your children here please look somewhere else and if you are looking to work here please don’t. It will seem nice at first but the owner will show their true colors with time.
