Amazing place to work
Awful, honestly I can't state enough bad things about this daycare. The owner is so self absorbed it doesn't matter who or what is going on it's ALWAYS about her. The only positive reviews on this site are from staff members that currently work there. If you want your kids to be taken care of and loved please avoid this place at all costs.
As a parent looking for daycare I am absolutely appalled by the owner commenting on here and blaming bad reviews on a terminated employee. It sounds like these people need to be keeping their identity to themselves for good reason. Discrediting and taking away validation from people and their experiences is not ok. The owner makes herself see like just a pile of drama. We will not be touring this daycare for our future daycare needs.
This owner is a joke. The center is a joke. Everyone is all about drama! Kids come last.
So sorry everyone. These negative reviews are from a former employee that was terminated at the time these reviews were posted. I am the owner and do not give tours, directly care for children but do everything we can to care for some wonderful kiddos and families. Please stop in anytime for a tour or to just check us out. No invitation needed!! There is too much negativity in this world already and we choose to stay positive. God bless and stay kind people. Avoid this daycare at all costs. When I showed up for a tour for my child, the owner was saying how amazing the daycare is and how above and beyond they go, which is FALSE. The owner is a fraud and very deceiving. Like a previous review, if you say anything bad about the daycare and the owners views, she will threaten and harass you with her tactics. Once you leave, the owner will talk bad about you and your family to other parents and staff. My child has came home with marks from other children and absolutely hated going to daycare. Ratios are hardly met and I have seen the staff being hit, spit on, and sworn at by other children. The daycare wants to be a center for handling children with all sorts of special needs, but as you can tell the staff doesn’t have the proper training. This center is so disorganized with no structure at all. For all parents that are going to tour this facility, don’t fall for the sweet talk as this center is toxic.
There are some bad daycares and there are some HORRIBLE daycares... this one definitely falls under the horrible category! If you are looking for GOOD care for your child PLESAE look elsewhere! There is no organization, there is no structure or stability and some of the things they choose to do are questionable. My child was always very unhappy there, changing to a true Child Care facility was the best thing we could have done! The Director has no idea how to run a busy and organized daycare & the owner is mean, rude, belittling and confrontational, not only with concerned parents but with the staff as well. This leads to high staff turnover, you never know who will be watching your children. Initially they come across as put together and compassionate but it quickly becomes apparent that that is NOT the case. Once you leave the owner will harass you and run down past employees and other centers, placing blame on anyone and everyone else but herself. She speaks badly of anyone who speaks out against her, her actions or her center. I am not the only one to experience this! It's likely the Savannah, who posted on Feb 20, 2021, is an employee, of course she stays updated, all she has to do is walk to another room at the center. Ironic how all the 5 star reviews posted on the same day... Very misleading and questionable reviews in my opinion! Do NOT entrust this place with your children.
I would not recommend using this facility. The owner says that they pride themselves in being a child care provider for all types of children from behavioral issues to autistic kids. The employees are not properly trained on handling the special needs of such children and offer no sort of structure or stability for ANY of the children in general. The majority of the staff on site have no background or schooling in Early Childhood Education and afternoon staff are high school students. Ratios are rarely meet and the kids over run the facility. The owner of the daycare has no background in childcare, is rude, unprofessional and wi11 threaten anyone who does not agree or go along with what she has to say at that particular time. Very much a wolf in sheep's clothing and as two faced as they come. Because the licensing regulations are the minimal requirements to be
met, they do not guarantee a quality program, and this is no where near quality of care. Please do not trust these people with your children.
This is a family owed daycare and I can not express the kindness of all the employees when I pick up.my granddaughter They are great with her and she loves them. The owner is amazing I highly recommend this daycare
My niece goes here. She absolutely loves it!! Everyone is very nice and sweet. They take good care of her. Everyone should have a place like this.
My son goes to the daycare. He loves going to the daycare. His teachers are very descriptive very good with whiteville on keeping me updated. I would highly recommend for anyone to use this daycare.
This is such a welcoming friendly daycare. They take such good care of the kids. I am a first time mother. from the moment my daughter started attending the daycare they have made me feel like family they spoil her they keep me updated with how her day goes. I would recommend this daycare to anyone and everyone they're amazing people. The owner is a wonderful woman. Could not find a better daycare!
This is an amazing daycare. The staff is kind and patient with all the children. I love the center is an all abilities center and serves serval children on the spectrum! The owner goes above and beyond for parents and students.
I could not agree more with the review on here. This place is scary. The one tour I did was a joke. Kids where punching and kick staff and other kids as I walked in, babies had bottles PROPED for a feeding. The owner was the one to give me the tour and I thought it was so amazing she seemed involved, but the longer we talked she started talking poorly about past employees!! Like what?! So unprofessional and drama to the max! If she was able to open up like that in a tour I don't want to be around her or the rest of the staff after some time...avoid Wildflower Academy.
Horrible daycare center. This place talks big and falls far from what it promised. The own is rude, NOT professional at all. My children kept coming home with marks, starving and begging not go back because he was scared of the OWNER! Mrs. Christen is very good at knowing what a mother wants to hear, and seems so amazing. Please do not fall for it! She is toxic and so is her center! Your child will not be safe!!
