Definitly racist in their treatment of dark skinned children. I had to leave due to their lack of respect for COVID protocols in summer 2023. One of the employees has children that run amok and bite other children without discipline. Many children run in and out of rooms, total madhouse with no respect for adult caregivers. The owner is a white welfare queen who only hires women paler than her. I also noticed sexist/homophobic behavior is very prevalent among the (all spanish speaking) administrative staff. Do not trust this favility. I had to make a CPS report twice in one month and was reprimanded for reporting a child to child assault incident on the app, as initially trained.
I would give it a 0 if possible. I strongly believe tge assistant director is prejudice because of her behavior have no idea why they have have 4 stars. MY EXPERIENCE with Disrespect and unprofessionalism. Why I am treated differently than other parents and there children. I questioned If it was because of my ethnicity.
