Awful, not the teachers but Kerry in the main office. After one month of my child potty training, she thought he was having too many accidents and gave me an ultimatum - put him back in pull-ups or he is not allowed to be here. The accidents (#2) was trying to get him to go in the toilet. Not easy but I asked them for help. She said he wasn't ready for potty training. He is 2 years and 9 months old! I would love to know of any child that is accident free after one month of potty training. And what caregiver would ever tell a parent they know more about your child then you do and give an ultimatum like this? The golden rule is to never put your child back into pulls-ups after they started wearing underwear. The school has no potty routine for kid and honestly I think they don't want to spend the time with the kids. Oddly enough, I was forced to take him to another facility in which he had no accidents and did #2 on the potty 4 times thus far. Amazing!
Severely disappointed. Gave the benefit of the doubt for being the first year open, but rude teacher and director and academics seriously lacked. More like a drop off play group.
They acted mad at you when you did not participate in their fundraisers for the church. We did not go to that church, but felt pressured to donate multiple times and classroom supplies multiple times after already paying a supply fee.
If I were to do over, would have picked another VPK.
