Description: We, the staff of West Clayton Elementary School believe that every child is an individual and has the right to reach his or her full potential. It is our responsibility as educators to provide a quality program of instruction that will enable each student to develop intellectually, socially, emotionally and physically.
We believe that every child can learn. It is our responsibility to provide: the opportunity to learn, the environment most conducive for learning, and the instruction at the appropriate developmental level. We will provide opportunities that will foster skill mastery, aesthetic appreciation, decision making, and technological proficiencies.
We believe it to be crucial to the child’s education that open and cooperative relations be maintained between school, home, and community. We will continue to cultivate the good working relationships that exist among these three areas so that children will be provided a happy, democratic and stimulating environment in which to grow.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues.
