I gave 1 star because there is nothing less than 1 star. I do not and would never recommend this facility to a family looking for child care. Especially not for babies. I am embarrassed that my husband and I kept our son here for so long but thankfully have found somewhere else. I believe people choose this facility because the price is low but you get what you pay for! The "teacher" in the infant room is overwhelmed and constantly over fed our son to keep him from being fussy. I am sure it was boredom that made him cry because he's a mobile baby but constantly kept in a swing or exersaucer. He also had an "accident" that we were not made aware of until a WEEK LATER. They do not follow our bottle schedule correctly despite several reminders of it. They told us constantly "you're the boss" and yet the continued to do whatever they wanted to as far as his feeding schedule. As I said, I do not know how they are with older children (and thankfully will never find out) but if you are considering this facility for your baby then do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
