About the Provider
Open since 1972, Wesley is one of the first child care centers in the United States to achieve accreditation by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs. A nonsectarian, not-for-profit organization, Wesley is licensed by the Department of Children and Family Services.
Highly qualified, degreed teachers with strong backgrounds in early childhood education. Full-time staff members receive excellent benefits, encouraging retention and continuity in the classroom.
Low child/teacher ratios and small classroom sizes allow greater personal attention for each and every preschool child.
Through a cooperative network, Wesley works daily with all six District 34 schools and the Glenview Park District to provide praiseworthy school age programs, including days-off-from-school activities.
Wesley offers a school age summer camp, utilizing highly qualified after-school program staff to provide continuity for children and families.
Preschool is centrally located near public transportation and downtown Glenview, convenient for frequent student walking trips to local parks and attractions.
Scholarship assistance is available for families unable to pay the full cost of child care.
