Sunnyslope School is located in the heart of the Sunnyslope community. The school provides children an educational program that builds the necessary foundational skills for lifelong learning. The educational program focuses on the development of the whole child and is designed to give equal emphasis to the intellectual, physical, social, emotional, linguistic and artistic growth of children. Sunnyslope School's curriculum is fully aligned with State Standards. Sunnyslope School provides art, music and PE for all grade levels.

The Compliance Officer provided a copy of the Notice of Inspection to the licensee at the time of the inspection. The Emergency Disaster Contact form was completed at the time of the inspection. The DES Contact Group size was in compliance at the time of the inspection. The fingerprint clearance cards for 3 of 3 staff members were verified to be valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection. During the exit interview, the following items were discussed, but are not limited to: *The freezer needs a working thermometer. *Review new rules and section R9-5-510.

Please submit the Plan of Corrections via the LMS portal within 10 days of receipt of the Statement of Deficiencies. The Compliance Officer provided the facility with a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights at the start of the inspection. The Emergency Disaster Contact Form was completed at the time of the inspection. The fingerprint clearance cards for 3 of 3 staff members were verified to be valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection.
