About the Provider

Dr. Richard A. Ross, Supt. of Public Instruction, recognized Wells Academy (Elementary School) as both a 2013 School of Promise and a 2013 High-Performing School of Honor based upon its 2012-2013 Local Report Card. The Ohio Department of Education recognized Wells for its success in closing the math and reading achievement gaps and for sustained high student achievement. The Steubenville City Schools Board of Education presented the teachers with a banner in recognition of their top ranking among elementary schools across the state. Congratulations to the Wells Academy Students, Parents, and Staff!!!
