Licensing observed there was not a readily accessible opening device for the backroom door. Licensing observed a litter box in the living room area where childcare is expected to be held. Licensing observed the first aid kit did not have blunt tip scissors. Licensing observed the parent handbook was missing the following: compliance file location, receiving and releasing children, notifying parents when a child does not arrive on his or her own at the facility as scheduled, handling illnesses and injuries, storing and administering children's medications, field trip notification, transporting children, care of ill children, mandatory reporting, expulsion policy, and infant safe sleep environment description. |
