I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This is the best daycare ever. My daughter lives going to school and talks highly about all the teachers. They take time with each kid and genuinely care.

Person who attended Dec 20, 2021

I’ve been going to this place since 2012 and it has been good. Staff there like Ms debra, rebecca, ashley, and Ms Thera from what I remember were really nice. The place was clean, and the environment i was put in there was a welcoming one. Sad to see a place you practically grew up in go to s***. Seeing these reviews makes me sad. Last time i was there i remember someone broke the slide so they removed the entire play structure entirely. Now it’s just an empty lot of bark chips. The entire staff from the years I’ve been there is practically gone, i wonder what happened along the line to make people who actually care as much as they did leave.

mom of 4 Jan 30, 2015

I have been taking my two youngest kids to Wee Care Day Care for four years now. I have been through a few child care and wan not happy till I found this one. I'm one of them moms the teachers wouldn't want to deal with because I speak my mind when I'm not happy with the way my children are being taken care of. I'm not going to say I have never said anything to the teachers at wee care but its always little things such as how long my child napped for was not put on the daily sheet or one time a mitten was missing but they found it the same day. my kids are always clean and happy when I pick up. I love the way they show affection and understanding to my kids. Ever time I told the staff I was trying to teach my child how to do something they do there best to make sure they are doing it there also. they get lots of outside time. my sons teacher loves to take the kids outside and my daughters teacher is great with the crafts!! I'm loving that because I'm horrible with art and crafts lol I'm always telling friends and family about this place. they r amazing

Worried parent Dec 10, 2014

I really dislike leaving negative reviews. However, I really wish someone had warned me so felt I needed to do this. The biggest concern I had was they forgot my children at school. They have a van that drops off/picks up from various elementary schools, and they dropped my children off in the morning, and never picked them up. I got a call where I work from the school over 30 mins after release asking me what was going on. A daycare that literally forgets they have two children is not anything I can safely send my children too. I would fear everyday that might not remember they were supposed to be watching them.

Another concern, smaller then the first was both my kids complained about a teacher yelling they stated she yelled at everyone for everything and the director assured me she'd talk with her. She was moved from the school angers to the younger classes.

My kids attended part time only and the other children would have toys taken away for misbehaving on days my kids weren't even there and yet the teachers took them from everyone. It was so bad at one point my son said there wasn't anything to play with. I am not sure how you can take every toy away like that. Very concerning.

The summer field trips were something my kids really looked forward too. However, frequently they were cancelled last minute for no reason. Once they told me it was too hot. The high that day was 79. Mind boggling to me. Perhaps it's staffing, like an ill call...but they did not say that, and for children they don't understand why they can't go somewhere literally the day before they were assured they can.

One other concern was they had a girl who was about 10, that would constantly pull her pants down completely exposing herself. When I talked with the director it was explained to me she had impulse control issues. I feel for children and families with special needs and completely understand the same rules cont apply. At the same time a girl the same age as my son is completely exposing herself because she has ADHD, and the teachers only solution was to "not look". I am not sure what other solution there was....but I feel that's kind of their job to find one.
