I am the bookkeeper for a service provider for this facility and others owned by the same individual and our experience with their payment for our services is at the very least excruciating painful. They ALWAYS take over 6 months to pay their bills which are due at the time of service. They have assured us payment (with a check ready for us when we arrive) would be made when it's time for another service call and when we DO arrive it isn't there. I forewarned them that I was going to post on social media our experience and it has not made any difference so here I am. They are definitely on COD but somehow they always manage to get around that with the techs and I (as bookkeeper) have to chase their payment for another 6 months.
