Findings: When the LS arrived at the center to conduct the inspection, she was told that there was a certain staff member that was in charge of the center. The LS asked to speak with the staff member. The staff member met the LS in the hallway. The LS informed her of why she was there. The LS spoke to the staff member for approximately five minutes. The LS later found out that the staff member was the lead staff in the toddler room at 8:38 am. The lead staff left seven children alone with three aides to speak to the LS. The lead staff member went back into the classroom after the LS spoke with her.

When the LS arrived at 8:38 am, there was no one at the center that had First Aid and CPR. The Director/Owner arrived at 8:45 am when she was told the LS was at the center. Another staff member that has First Aid and CPR arrived at 9 am. The center opens at 6 am.
