This has been the worse yr ever with the delay beach headstart. Its extremely unorganized, the office staff is not professional, they do not communicate with parents at all. They lose your paper work, u have yo bring paper work n repeatedly. This yr their not even having an graduation it sucks cause this is my last child in this program my eldest is 15. All 5 of our kids attended the program & my baby is the only one that's not going to have an graduation from here like her other 4 siblings. They only give snack to after care kids, jus think UR child is n Skool alllll day, have to come in & be picked up by a certain time. Your child may eat lunch around 10-11,nap time then get up w/o snack that's crazy & ridiculous. I would rate this UR & last UR experience 0 if I had the option.
