Incredibly ignorant to a child's needs. Agresive and loud with children in order to maintain controll. Zero tolerance for any deviation in behavior. All staff have mounted mugs for faces and are professional with their words, but not their mannerisms. A complete disservice to children and families who need help and services that they so fervently promote, but refuse to provide those that actually need it. Disgusted with their service and lack of empathy for a child in need.
