Description: UP Primary has approximately 550 students in kindergarten through grade four.
Additionally, we have three and four-year-old integrated, community preschool and a special programs classroom.
UP Primary staff base our work on strong, research-based instruction in reading and mathematics.
Students are part of reading blocks and math instruction daily.
We use district adopted curriculum; the Houghton-Mifflin Reading Program and Addison-Wesley Mathematics Program with students. Students are taught the promises and staff work with students on making responsible choices. The school promises are an important part of our school culture. We frequently recognize and celebrate students for their good choices and following the school promises at our daily “morning start†assembly. We are quite proud of our student's positive behavior.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
