As I do leave reviews on both positive and negative experiences, I do have a change of opinion towards The Universal Childcare Center. Now that my daughter attends the center and I have a better outlook on the center and staff, the center rates satisfactory. I do favor Ms.Elizabeth and director Mr.Buyers. Even after my past review my daughter is still accepted and treated fairly. She has adapted well which lets me know that she must be comfortable at the center.
This is the absolute worst. I called plenty of times to try to get my daughter enrolled, they told me to keep calling and then I was told when they did have a space that the granddaughter of an employer took the spot. When my brother was 3 and went there someone locked him downstairs, because he was misbehaving. But that is still no way to discipline! The other center they have on Rosedale is not pleasurable or appealing in anyway. The owner is very non responsive. The director is incoherent. If looking for a cheap price then that is the place to be. If looking for a good place then NOPE.
My daughter attended Universal Child are center for several years , she also attened the summer camp for 2 years. She grew up with the Byers. I would recommend this daycare to everyone, it was an extended family for us.
