Even though my child was there for only a day and I expected him to be scared and have a bit of separation anxiety he was absolutely petrified of people from the time I picked him up. The caregiver did not looked pleased at all. When asked if he was good her response was "Well he cried a lot." in a mad attitude. They use an app to record what the child eats, drinks as well as how many times he is being changed or number of naps. He was fed only 3 bottles, a banana and yogurt bites from 6:40 am to 4:30pm. He was very hungry when we picked him up. His clothes had orange food on them and no Orange food was recorded on the app. So I'm not sure what else my child was fed. I packed his food and labeled it and they didn't even attempt to feed it to him. When asked about why they did not feed him the director stated " We did not know what to feed him." However I packed his food. His diaper bag was also soaked wet. When asked why it was wet the caregivers did not know and stated that they mopped so maybe someone spilled mop water on it. My child has been mortified of people now and has been eating less since he was there. He never used to be scared of people and I'm afraid that maybe they verbally abused him. Would not even take my dog there.

horrible management of the facility as well as multiple state and health violations. I can't believe they allow a place like this to exist.
