United Methodist Preschool

Our preschool is designed to help each child develop emotionally, socially, intellectually, and physically in a manner natural for him or her. This is facilitated through our program which features an environment carefully planned to guarantee all children’s exposure to materials and experiences that will nourish their development in a warm and loving atmosphere.Close parent-teacher contact is maintained in an effort to further support the individual needs of each child and his or her parents. The program welcomes children of all backgrounds and creeds. We encourage and promote: a sense of responsibility and respect, spontaneous free play, growth of social and cognitive skills, efforts to verbalize feelings and needs, self-directed activities, cooperative efforts, positive self image, and physical safety.
