I have used this provider for more than 6 months

WORST DAYCARE EVER! The staff called me at work and lied about her having diarrhea for me to leave work and pick my child up, when in fact they didn’t change her for hours(only changed her twice between roughly 8:30am-6:15pm) which resulted in a diaper rash. They don’t do the curriculums that they claim they’re doing and children spend hours in chairs just sitting there or playing with a toy. A few weeks later my child got bitten by another child which broke skin while the teacher wasn’t paying attention when it happened so she wasn’t able to tell me what happened, I was told the bite wasn’t that bad over the phone when in fact it was and it is going to leave a permanent mark, they had no remorse! All which I viewed on a recorded video. When I spoke with the owner of the daycare she stated she was out of the country, so it doesn’t have anything to do with her! HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED!

Common questions

The answers people ask us for most often.

How do I contact a provider I found here?

In most cases the provider’s direct number is included in their listing. When it is not, we list the number of the Child Care Licensing Program — you may call that number for more information, or search for the provider online.

Will ChildcareCenter pass a message on to a provider for me?

No. ChildcareCenter only provides information, so enrolment questions, tuition questions and job enquiries need to go to the provider directly using the contact details on their listing. We cannot forward them and we cannot share contact details a provider has not published.

I run a daycare — how do I correct or remove my listing?

Use suggest an update on your listing to correct any detail, or claim the listing to manage it yourself. If you have closed or no longer provide care, contact us and we will update the listing to show that.
