About the Provider
Two Rivers Head Start Agency is a community action agency which provides Head Start, Early Head Start, and CSBG services for eligible children and families. Our Agency strives to be an effective advocate for children and families affected by poverty.
Head Start & Early Head Start are federally funded child development programs designed to help break the cycle of poverty by providing children of low-income families with comprehensive programs to meet their emotional, social, health, nutritional and mental health needs. The approach is that the parent is the child's primary educator and that the entire family, as well as the community, must be involved.
