Findings: Findings include: During the inspection on 11/21/19 the Surveyor observed the following: In most of the diapering rooms, vinyl tape was used to repair diapering counters. In the Twos B classroom the caulking behind the diapering sink had cracked. In the Infant A classroom the surface of barrier for the diapering counter had split exposing the raw particle board underneath. In the Infant B classroom a sensory bottle, two paintbrushes and an electrical outlet covering were next to the diapering sink. In the Twos A classroom a blue block and an electrical outlet covering were next to the diapering sink.
