A family member living in the home qualification letter expired on 03-07-2020 but was not renewed until 11-14-2020. The letter expired prior to the COVID 19 pandemic closures and flexibilities. | |||

Potentially hazardous items, including but not limited to, power tools, nails, chemicals, propane stoves, lawn mowers, and gasoline or kerosene, whether or not intended for use by children were not stored in locked areas, removed from the premises, or otherwise inaccessible to children. There was a can of Lysol disinfectant spray placed on a shelf in the bathroom that had multiple warnings on the label. The can of Lysol was on a shelf that was above 5ft but was not placed in locked storage as required. |
